Dr. Sokoloff takes his years of experience of working with athletes from the Baltimore Ravens, to the Maryland Terps, as well as local teams; putting everything into a 30 minute program that is great for coaches of all youth sports (both contact and non-contact), as well as parents of young athletes. We will focus on the signs and symptoms of concussion, the laws involved, and most importantly, PREVENTION. You will learn little known facts that will make you better prepared to help you understand concussion. Who has a higher rate of concussion, boys or girls? What sports do you as a parents need to be most concerned about?
